Here at Gethsemane, we believe in... the fact that we all share an obligation to our self, family, community, country, and world to be as healthy as we can be... to help ourselves in order to be ready to help others when the inevitable need arises. We believe in strengthening and optimizing every individual and every family's gifts and unique abilities.
