Alyssa Andre

Alyssa earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC). After years as an educator and adolescent life coach, Alyssa pursued an education in therapeutic disciplines where she witnessed the vast needs of young people, families, and couples alike who were navigating relationships, trauma, mental health challenges, behavioral concerns, loss and change. Alyssa takes a holistic approach with her clients, specializing in adult and adolescent therapy, couples and families, and uses a client-centered approach informed by Internal Family Systems, Solutions-Focused methods, and Adlerian Theory. Alyssa cultivates a space for clients to be themselves, and without judgment, supports the journey to wholeness, wellness, and self-efficacy. Alyssa encourages her clients to ask questions about the treatment process, be curious about their growth and potential, and to trust and know that they are exactly where they’re supposed to be. Alyssa is accepting new clients and is not currently in network with insurances- her rate is $75-125 per session
